At some point are we gonna implement my plan of not allowing users to start threads until they have AT LEAST 500-1000 posts on the board?

Really. Anyone with an IQ above 60 can research the FBI UCR and see that violent crimes across the nation followed a decline that started from the mid-1990's peak. This was a global phenomenon too, not just the US and so it had nothing to do with the 1994 AWB. The DoJ's own research into the effectiveness of the 1994 AWB found it did not have a statistically significant impact on crime too. OP is a dimwitted troll, that much is true at least.

Maybe if the progressive DAs prosecuted murderers instead of letting them off, we might be able reduce repeat offenders.
