Female teachers getting caught with females... happens in girls athletics more than you hear.

We had a case here in Shreveport like that last year that hit the newspapers.

Shreveport Times

It looks like an arrest 17 years after the crime with the teacher being 70 right now and 53 when she was having sex with a 14 year old girl.

a big reason why it isn't taken as seriously when it's female teachers and male students as the reverse is most people assume the male student wanted it anyway, so what's the big deal anyway, while the female student was obviously coerced into doing it. THat's the assumption.

I'm on a school board and several years ago we had an incident where a teacher was sleeping with not one but two seniors . Both 17 and thus technically legal in Arkansas except that she was a teacher. Other members of my school board did not want to fire this female teacher and the exact reason given was "you know them boys wanted it" I point blank asked "what if your 17 year old daugther wanted the football coach to dick her down, would that be okay?" Deer in the headlights look.

That puts you in high school in the early to mid 70s before the feminazis really took hold and most pretty girls under 25 were stay home wives and parents. So , less attractive teachers, well less attractive female employees overall actually.

Adult male teachers pursuing teenage girls is not the same thing as women teachers going after adolescent boys. Although neither represents a desirable standard, our culture, and the whole civilised world regards the first scenario as more evil than the latter.

For the vast majority of human civilization the opposite has been true. It’s been the norm for me to marry younger, even teenage girls. But in the span of a few generations we’ve completely reversed that? Maybe we’re not as civilized as we once were.

I'm sure social media and technology is just making it seem like something more is happening than just lustful horny teachers. HOWEVER, I would add that the girls/guys these days do seem to look and act more adult than when I was growing up.

One thing that has changed is our view of it. I sent to school in the 70’s. We had a few instances at our school. No one thought of it as being illegal. Even if it was known in the community there were no arrests. Only shame.

I also know of a guy in his 30’s that coached summer league girls softball that had sex with a 14 year old player. This was in 85. Her parents found out and went to the DA. He told them if a 14 year old was a willing participant he would never get a conviction. He refused to prosecute the case.

We have change a lot in the past 30 years when it comes to protecting children. The laws were always there but society held teenagers more accountable back then.

And I'll tell you another thing about those 'less attractive' old female teachers. They were not kind, caring, motherly types. They were mean as hell and you learned a lot.

My 12th grade English Teacher (British Authors) told us exactly what was on the final exam:

'I shall give you 20 pages of blank paper. You shall reproduce the table of contents in the front of your book from memory. In order of era, genre, author and specific works of the author.'

Girl sitting next to me: 'But Mrs. Guillot, the table of contents is 26 pages long with over 1,000 words of text.'

Mrs. Guillot: 'Then I advise you to write small.'

If women are doing it more often than men and it's a new thing relatively speaking, what do we think could explain that? Is there something socially going on that makes it more likely?

Here's one theory. I think a lot of walls between students and teachers have broken down over the years. My nieces and nephews had their teachers' cell phone numbers programmed into their phones. That absolutely blew my mind. I couldn't have even imagined calling my teachers at home when I was in high school. Just seeing my teachers away from school at a restaurant or the store was a little odd back then. I knew they all had lives away from school, but it was still weird to see. Now they text each other, are friends on Facebook, and share things with each other I'd have never dreamed of. There's an intimacy already there.

But I still think the instances of it happening haven't really increased. Parents find these text messages on their kids' phones, or see something on Facebook, or a racy text gets shared among friends, and suddenly it's the talk of the school. Those things just couldn't happen 20+ years ago. You'd hear rumors, but they rarely got beyond just rumors because there was no way to prove it.

Its this. Most of these girls were unpopular or not hot in high school. They go to college for 4 years and are still kids when they start teaching. They’ve grown into their bodies and are now getting attention from all the cool high school boys that ignored them just a few years ago. They really can’t help themselves.

Women want to be desired.

I'll summarize it all up.

It is generally immature women, who don't have the drive, education, or means for a real career. They are unsatisfied with their lives, but don't take responsibility for that. But, they still desire to be desired.

Now mix in 13-18 year old male students who can't control their hormones. And fascinate over every piece of arse that is remotely attractive.

Boom, the teachers have their attention they desperately desire.

Now mix in social media and technology as an easy medium to converse outside of the classroom.

Plus the recent slip in discipline handed down by principles, administrators, and teachers. This makes the teachers think instead of being strict, they can reach their students easier by being cool, relaxed, and speak to them on their level.

There would be a #MeToo movement with crying kids all over the TV. It would be an example of toxic masculinity in American society and the idea of having males in leadership positions should be questioned.

Obviously I’m against a male teacher taking advantage of a student, it’s a crime. I’m simply trying to highlight the media’s eagerness to attack anything male while ignoring what doesn’t fit a narrative.

Funny thing is these teachers cases are criminal since they deal with minors, while in the film industry masculinity is demonized even a woman of age engages in consensual acts with a male thinking it’ll help her get a role.
One is made out to be an epidemic and an issue with the male sex in general, while the other made out to be isolated instances without much outrage.

My brother in law is a coach and teacher. He said that if a girl walks into his classroom without another student or teacher around, he has a female teacher he can text and she walks over immediately and likewise.

Not exactly the same but close enough: woman goes to a male doctor, there has to be a female nurse with him in the exam room.
Last week when I got my kidney stone stint out, female nurse grabbed my dong and went to rubbing lidocaine gel on head and inside as prep for doctor to pull the stint out. Just me an her. No male nurse needed. Not that I care. But one day some dude is gonna have to make a claim and women will be on the defensive too.
