There is zero reason for sarcasm when we have the people in place in the government we have now. This is the group that is doing everything they promised - it might not be in the way or timing you want but they are doing it. Just sit back and enjoy it

"If nothing is going to happen, why bother trying" is indeed defeatist. In reality, while not having a perp walk is frustrating, exposing them is itself a blow to their cause.
