I finally got Covid

Took 2 years. Had a Christmas party Saturday and a couple tested positive the next day now everyone who was there is testing positive.
I have a stuffy head and my taste is reduced but not completely gone. SO has no symptoms. I don’t even have fever, temp is 98.2. Both of us aren’t vaccinated and she has severe asthma
Meanwhile our vaxxed friends all have high fevers and feel like shite

You might be okay on taste if it’s omicron. Seems like that isn’t as prominent of a symptom. Mine is fine

yall just make up shite to feed an agenda. yall find all these anadotal situations to feed your agenda.
if you are healthy and in good shape...you prolly will have no problems. just liek 90%+ of people, vaccinated or unvaccinated.

If you aren't doing it, get some vitamin D and zinc asap.
If it is this common cold variant (Omicron, the virus formerly known as Xi [japing]), then it really isn't bad. It is knocking out my twentish son who is fully vaxxed including booster jab. Dumb kid had covid last year, but still obeyed the peer pressure and got the poison jabs.
Anyway, he has been sleeping all day. Had headache the last two days and stuffy nose.
I woke up with a stuffy nose, headache and sore throat yesterday and a little tired. Except for being tired, those symptoms cleared by noon. Took a short nap yesterday and today. I feel fine now. BTW, I probably had covid-19 last summer when rest of the family got it. I loaded up on Vitamin D and Zinc.
I don't know if I got it this time, but it would have been from being near the young man. I wish he would stop being a lemming. He wasn't raised that way. :-(

My BIL, SIL, their 2 kids met my wife and I and my step daughter at a lake house our of state for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Years.
All adults have the China flu. Honestly, I didn't leave the bed for 1 1/2 days but I feel great tonight and ready to go.

I will say, anecdotally, I am young, in shape, and with no medical problems. I just got COVID and I’m still recovering, but doing fine now. But for 2 days, I felt like complete death. Didn’t leave my bed except to use the bathroom. Temp got as high as 102.5. Triple vaxxed. I thought for sure if anyone would be an asymptomatic carrier, it would be me. Not the case at all

You're lucky your tongue didn't swell. Felt like it was slit with razor blades. My sense of taste still hasn't completely returned.
