I just wonder how my "Taser" defense would go. I mean, it only works if she had been justified in intentionally shooting him behind the wheel. So, if she had intentionally shot him and that was a clean shoot, then how can accidentally shooting him somehow be "worse" and a crime?
Now, if she wasn't justified in using lethal force, then I don't think she should have attempted to taser him. I'm not sure what their rules of force escalation are, so I'm going to pause that. Tasers are a less lethal option to shoot someone, but shouldn't be used for compliance or control, IMHO.

I can’t think of one of these faux racist killings by police that was some routine traffic stop, everyone of them was suspected/reported of breaking the law when the had their confrontation with police......except Breonna and she was shacked up with a drug dealer.
