Serving your community is for suckers. Honestly, same could be said for the military. Sad, but I wouldn’t die for this tranny-loving, race-baiting, godless pile of shite we call America. We have zero values and worship ourselves. It is a mockery to God himself, and we will all pay the price.

Chauvin tried. Barr said nah.

I've seen that reported but it was the state vs Chauvin. Not the Feds. Barr wouldn't have anything to do with it.

Her negligence resulted in someone's death. Perhaps even gross negligence, we just don't know.

Someone who was resisting police officers and had a chance to avoid it.

I think the analysis of "murder" will rest on the analysis of whether she was justified to use deadly force based on the perps actions, which I think is at least arguable - he was trying to drive his car with police officers in and around his car. If the car is a deadly weapon and he was threatening its use against the officers in trying to escape (and I think neither of those are particularly difficult inferences for a judge or jury to draw), THEN could she have shot and killed him (which she did). I think the taser defense might work in her favor as she clearly intended to use the "less than lethal" option.

That's my best $2 take on a basic defense strategy. Without looking at the specific statutes, I just don't see how the state proves requisite intent for murder, so they're left with a manslaughter/negligence type theory. IMHO as always.

A car is considered a deadly weapon.

Which is a joke. Used by police and bootlickers as a convenient out when blasting someone.

How many people are killed by cars, accidentally versus how many are killed with guns, intentionally?

I'll hang up and listen.

She obviously did not look at the weapon she pulled. She was busy fighting with a guy. Her adrenaline was pumping and she went based off feel other than sight.

A Taser doesn't feel the same and is about 1/3 the weight.

She was incompetent and likely terrified. Both reasons she shouldn't have been on the street.

Don’t forget about the ATL cop at Wendy’s

Not much has happened with this one. The new DA is doing her best to try and punt the case - she wants nothing to do with it. I would imagine they are looking for the best time to drop the charges while no one is looking.

If it goes to court, I would be asking for a bench trial.

The female cop literally killed someone without any justification and you trumpkins still defend her.

But he was one of them, so she shouldn't go to jail.

They figured out a way to add Murder in the 2nd degree with Chauvin after the original charges.
