I don't really care about the fitness of the AG nominees, but I do care about the the fitness and age of SCOTUS nominees. My knock on Sotomayor and Kagan is that they are both on the plump side, and Sotomayor is also diabetic. I know that W was probably the most fit President in history, but who are some of the members of SCOTUS who were known for being fit?

It bothers me because I believe Obama used the color of her skin as the main factor in choosing her over other candidates.

She has served two stints as a US Attorney. She is qualified. Despite irresponsible grandstanders like Ted Cruz, she will most likely be confirmed.

Heard someone on FOX say today, that one of the reasons she was chosen, was that she is seen as more distant from Obama, whereas Holder was "political".
No one questioned her resume, either. It looks as if they don't want anymore controversy with the DoJ for his last 2 years.
