Here come the insults rather than the facts

I never claimed I know exactly who is to blame, which was the point I was making.

The Pentagon themselves said that the Taliban violated the Doha Agreement. I'm only going off what they say.

Yea the taliban would have taken over. Iffy on whether the withdrawal would have gone down like this. Absolutely not on the radio silence from the admin.

Everything I've heard about Trump's withdrawal plans was conditional. When Trump's administration met with the Taliban a year or so ago I believe he told them the US is drawing forces down in Afghanistan and it will be a phase withdrawal depending on the Taliban's behavior. I'm sure Trump would not have allowed the Taliban to quickly roll in to Kabul and there would have been plenty of firepower to remind the Taliban of the conditional withdrawal plans.

This is the Trump withdrawal plan with a 90 day extension. Our troops and American citizens are not being targeted under the withdrawal as per the agreement. In return Trump released the Taliban leader and 5,000 Taliban fighters.

The Afghan president negotiated with the Taliban after, and seeing that the US just negotiated an exit without him, he sold out his country and negotiated his own exit. Who knows what he and others did to sell out the Afghan military.

Of course I think this would have happened under any administration.

So then why didn't they go ahead and do it when Trump was President then??

Not like this. Would the Taliban still have taken over once we were completely gone? Probably, unless we stopped them. However, I think Trump would have gotten all of our people, equipment, etc. out before reducing U.S. forces to the point that the Taliban could take over. Based on what I heard Pompeo say over the weekend, the Trump Admin would have told the Taliban not to mess with out pull our of U.S. personnel or they would be targeted.

Every time the Taliban attempted an attack while Trump was in office, he responded with far more force than they attempted.

You are a liar and a hack.

The people who helped us while we were in Afghanistan, too. This is the most infuriating part about it to me. We sold people up the river. This is how terrorist regimes gain power.

Well, the plan was probably not having the Afghan army surrender as quickly as they did.
