re: Hunter is simply a struggling addict. Piling on for political reasons is cruel

Dan Bongino. LoL. What a chucklehead.

What would D Bongino know about the Secret Service?
Yes, he was Secret Service more than a decade ago. Now, he is a partisan talking head with an agenda.
It is what it is. Treat his every word as Holy Writ, if you wish.

was Hunter Biden even present in the White House that day? I have no idea.
We do know that he was geeked out of his mind that day/night. There's obvious video evidence. And we also know that he's one of the few people that could probably get coke into the White House. We'll never know because it'll be covered up anyway so what's the point.

By contrast, the OTHER retired agent does NOT have a syndicated, right-wing radio program and has NOT run for political office as a Republican. In fact, HIS analysis was supported by a former REPUBLICAN press secretary, who entered the same building, using the same entrance, every day for a year.
Honestly, I thought you were more-able to engage in objective analysis than the bulk of this crowd.

exactly what I have been saying for days. But “Muh Hunter!”
You don't find it a little strange that this was investigated by a hazmat team first, because.... and only after we've seen Hunter roaming around the White House. How many other incidences have been reported as "an unknown white powder" being investigated at the White House that turned out to be "coke"? Can you recall? Surely this is normal according to you.

If we were talking about a kilo brick, I would agree with your original statement. We aren't.

If he was just an addict trying to live his life in the background, I'd be 100% onboard. The problem is the influence-peddling and blatant double standard being employed on the Biden White House.

A guy like Hunter most likely travels with his own dealer like rock stars.
Hunter is proof that even a simple crackhead can become wealthy beyond their own belief in America..
A heartwarming tale..

quote:By the reports that I have found since my initial post, he had not been present in the WH for more than 72 hours before the dime bag was found, and it was found somewhere that it would not have gone unnoticed for that long. So, no, I don't see any "strange" connection.
after we've seen Hunter roaming around the White House.
quote:None, that I recall.
How many other incidences have been reported as "an unknown white powder" being investigated at the White House that turned out to be "coke"? Can you recall?
quote:Not at all. Finding a dime bag of cocaine laying around at the WH is (by definition) "abnormal."
Surely this is normal according to you.
What I find "normal" is the near-instantaneous certainty in right-wing circles that Hunter Biden was responsible for something that (logistically) it is nearly-impossible for him to have done.
Is it impossible that he has taken OTHER cocaine into the WH on OTHER occasions? No, I would say that it is a near-certainty.

That's also a pretty dumb conclusion, politically speaking, because everyone already knows of Hunter's vices. It would politically worse for Biden if it was tied to someone else close to him.

Whether the cocaine belongs to someone with a history of doing crack like Hunter — who would be in direct violation of his sweetheart plea deal if the drug bag was connected to him — a staffer, or even a White House guest, Americans deserve to know why the Biden administration suddenly doesn’t care about security breaches.

If only there were a way to find out if Hunter might be a user of this drug....
I suspect it was a staffer, but for you to totally dismiss Hunter..
