Hundreds of women abused but would the left call Larry Nassar minor attracted?

So how does the left come to terms with this? Their own people are trying to normalize pedophilia and sex with minors by floating balloons like changing the term to "minor attracted"

Would not this fall under the topic of "child grooming"?

Every one of these gymnasts will vote democrat.

MAP is a broader term than pedophile, etc. I think

But yeah, it's pretty dull and I can see the argument that it may water down the issue.

Nobody is going to worry about the details or the semantics, but there is a difference between a child of five, six, nine years old…whatever, and a post pubescent minor in their early to mid teens. What the sick freak @ CNN did with a nine-year-old and what Larry Nassar did with 13 to 17 year-olds is still twisted and illegal. But should they carry the same penalty?

How does this even warrant a down vote?

I'm asking a question. Not making any declarative statement.

"Water down the issue"? So, you are worried about the feelings of people who physically & mentally abuse minors? Typical, worry about the criminals, not their victims.

Is this a serious post?

I was expressing agreement with how although MAP is a reasonable term due to its breadth, it's a boring term that arguably is used to lessen the stigma of the offenses (ie, it's not great)

Some of these girls started in this program at 10. I doubt Nassar was a one ranger. Regardless, it is all rampant in hollywood and the other left strongholds. When you listened to some of the testimony, Nassar explained that some of this "treatment" would help them perform better.

All these f@ckers run in the same circles too.

And again, you will probably see all these ladies openly supporting democratic candidates come 2022.

I don't really care about the difference in penalty (I'm fine if Nasser gets the pure pedophile treatment), but I think the distinction he made is important on a societal level.

Guys who prey on 15 year olds may or may not have mental illness - they could just be very low character/immoral people. I'm guessing there is usually something more to it, but I think it's possible they're just depraved dirtbags.

But guys attracted to prepubescent children are obviously mentally ill, and I think it warrants a different category entirely.
