put all political partisanship aside...how often should we be hearing from POTUS for people to pay attention and before they tune out and say oh not another one

It depends on what he's saying/. If he's addressing a specific issue with talking points that address that issue, count me in.
If it just sounds like another one of his rally speeches, I tune out.

TRUMP is different and I think he should do this once per month.
