Libertarians are a bullshite party because they only exist due to the capitalist nature of the government. The government is in control of everything....full stop. We exist under the umbrella of the capitalist government, like it or not (I don't).
Libertarians are a pipe dream that was invented to remove votes from Republicans to support Democrats before they invented voter fraud. It's never going to happen.

He's not my Rep so I have no say so in the matter. It doesn't really matter to me.
I don't think the statement "He is what he has always claimed to be" is correct. It takes very little time in Washington to change what people used to be in to something else. And like has been said...he's been there awhile.

Most people who "lean" libertarian arent pure libertarian. That includes the Pauls.
Without a libertarian influence on the Republican party, it would drift leftward. Neither Communism or the far right Libertarianism will never work on a national level because this is a low trust society, and has a large segment of the population who cannot self manage.

You are wrong. This is not a low trust society, this is a low intellectual and intelligence society. Their opinions are formed by whatever prominent speakers are posted on the platforms designed to broadcast opinions for the low intellectual consumers. They then promulgate these opinions via distribution through the network to others and veil them under half truths as the directive.
In the vernacular, it's all just bullshite distributed by those with power to manipulate the masses without power to bolster their own positions. Our emotions and free will are subject to the message they produce.

He hasn’t promoted anything further than maybe more ground special forces operations. I don’t recall him expressly going any further than that. Although I’m plenty open to being wrong. However, even then it wouldn’t necessarily make me change course.
