How much money would it take for you to get the vaccine?

I’m working at Kroger, and they are offering $150 to any employee who provides their vaccination card. I don’t really like getting shots, but I think I’m gonna have to get it. I only get paid $11.50 an hour so I need all the help I can get. Georgia really needs to raise the minimum wage to $13 or so

I’ve already turned down a lot of money to not get it. A few jobs required it, nope..... kick rocks...I have plenty that don’t require it....

Seems like that’s a decision you ought to make for yourself, rather than seeking counsel from an anonymous message board.
Good luck.
Good luck.

I was happy to get the vaccine. And I'll be happy to get one every year if I determine that's right for me. I don't let money or politics affect my decisions regarding my personal health.

I’m VERY against young healthy people getting it.
That said, I’d most likely do it for $15,000.

Why take a vaccine when survival rate is 99.7. You have a better chance of dying in a car wreck coming home from work.

Just get a vaccination card off the internet and fill it out. Easy $150.

Ask yourself this....
Why would they pay you to get it?
Do they pay you to get a flu shot?
I suspect someone else is providing the payoff money.

Go ahead and take the experimental gene therapy that absolutely fricks up you fine tuned immune system down the road, for $150. Makes perfect sense now, doesn't it?

Because they make employees sit out of work if they get COVID, or even get exposed. It costs them a shitload more than $150 every time they have to send one home for 10 days.

Publix does.

My employer is much larger and wealthier than Kroger, and they send you home without pay.
