I saw Bush Sr. twice. The first time was in D.C. in 1991; the second time at the dedication of the LSU War Memorial. I was in the Corps of Cadets at the time. The second is Trump at that rally he held in Biloxi; I think it was 2018.
Since royalty are usually heads of state, do they count? I saw King Frederick X of Denmark at the 2000 Olympics (he was Crown Prince at the time). The wife (no pics) saw ol' King Charles III when he was still Prince of Wales in 1994. His motorcade went past her house. lol Later, she was at Darling Harbour with her school when some nut fired a starting pistol at him and then rushed the stage.

Drove in W’s motorcade when he came to Iowa early in his presidency. He visited a renewable energy plant or something like that in Nevada, IA and I drove one of the press vans from the Des Moines airport to the event and back.
Driving a 15 passenger van going like a bat out of hell to keep up with the SS and the beast was an experience.

I worked with Dinesh, Brietbart & O’Keefe in the mid 2000s. Also with a lot of the conservative voices in that period like Michelle Malkin & Ann Coulter.
ETA… I saw Romney at the airport in DC Jan 7, 2020 & yelled TRAITOR though the crowd.
