How many people on here didn’t know that Elon went after Trump prior to Trumps post?

I saw a few of the responses in the other thread and I didn’t really understand why it was being overlooked that Elon went after Trump on Twitter earlier this week, but then I realized that those few posters just don’t keep up with daily happenings like I do.
Everyone remembers how it worked:
Trump exposes corrupt establishment>corrupt establishment and mockingbird media attacks Trump>Trump responds with devastating tweets or publicly>Repeat
Elon with all of his intellect doesn’t understand that for some reason. Someone commented and showed him all of the good things Trump has done for this country and Elon basically said so what he’s too dramatic. Trump didn’t cause the drama, he fought for us against the deep state and it pissed them off and they created drama (IE impeachment hoaxes, Mueller bs, media attacks, leakers, etc.) Elon sounds like he’d rather have a politically correct nice guy who goes along with the media narratives and doesn’t put up a fight, because that’s the only way you won’t have any “drama”. He then attacked Trumps age when it’s really irrelevant when he has more energy than many half his age and is showing no signs of decline.
I don’t blame Trump for responding in epic fashion.

Yes, I like you, saw many people disparaging Trump on that other thread, acting like he was a fool to go off on Musk. I thought that everybody knew that Musk started this with all of his anti-Trump rhetoric. Trump was just responding in kind, and I think he was hilariously savage, and rightfully so, with what he said in regards to Musk.
Musk punched first, so he gets what he deserves here.

Its been that story for years now. The media focuses on how and who Trump tweets against while ignoring why Trump is saying what he did.
How many times has Trump verbally attacked some one without provaction? It's like watching a some one walk up and slap a another guy in which the man slapped, returns the favor and gets condemned for the violence.

Everybody knows that. And everybody knows only trump would be a loser in this. Nothing good comes out of this for trump. Nothing
For Elon it doesn’t affect anything having a Twitter bitch spat.

I don’t blame Trump either. But what is the outcome from all of this? It’s a pissing match now. Maybe they know what they are intending to do. I know how the general public sees it though.

Trump needs to spend his energy feuding with Pelosi and Schumer. Not MusK.
Trump needs to learn a lot of GOP don't "prefer" him but if he wins the nomination, he is going to need their vote. Musk is one of those people.
Sometimes it is better it is better to say nothing and win the battle another day. Trump gains nothing responding to Musk. He only loses.

Probably happens almost every single time. But that’s the problem. No matter what is said, no matter how small the perceived infraction, Trump always fires back & turns it up to 11.
