They don't give a frick about lawsuits. They play to win now and worry about "lawsuits" years down the road.

The propaganda media.
They just were just granted the power by Dem elites to decide for them of whether or not an incumbent president can run or not.
Without the media turning on Biden, those Dem elites do not do what they did. They looked around and said to themselves "wait, did we do that? Hell yeah we did. Let's see what else we can do"
That's who Trump is running against. The name they've anointed, their political position, the fundraising... none of that matters on the Dem side because the media now knows they can alter all of that, especially on their side.

She’s not going to be swapped out.
If none of the “big names” mentioned want to run with her (one of them absolutely will), some young “up and coming” politician will get the nod and be propped up by the media. Who she picks as a VP is an absolute non-factor at this point, IMO. They’ll be hyped up by the media as the best decision ever made, regardless.

Whomever it is will be another front man for Obama. The same policies and ideas will be promoted. The only difference is that it will at a 100% increase if Dems win.

Let's see what happens. Conventional wisdom says you are correct. I just have this gut feeling that Kamala ain't the answer, and even accepting the nom in Chicago isn't the end of this particular story for them Dems before Nov. 5.
