not enough to fix the problem. Too many illegals, they have a massive network and need to be deported.
To fix the problem, you have to destroy the network by going after the organizations/ persons that move the money around is the final answer.
Arrests alone wont fix the problem, they will just be replaced, need to completely remove the ability to move the money around, obviously arrests will be involved, the infrastructure needs to be destroyed..Dismantle it the same as any other any organized crime group, at the end of the day, that's really all this is..
