This is so fricking weak. Show me where I clamored for any of that.
Where was this concern trolling over unprecedented political/partisan retribution when people wanted her in jail?
It's hard to argue it was unprecedented when this was a major movement 7 years ago.

Hey if spellcheck doesn't catch it, I won't.
This is where I tell you the hidden meaning of what was REALLY implied by that intentional mistake.

I mean, I just think the whole ‘muh, what would Trump do if it was someone else?’ is completely pointless, bordering on completely meaningless, when we are talking about something that should be seen as so completely inconceivable in happening to ANYONE under our political system as we have always understood it.
Trumpets are criticizing his opponent for his (perceived or real) lack of outrage over this lawfare BS. It's completely pointless to ask if you think Trump would behave in the same way, based on his history?
Look, if you just think he's been done so wrong he deserves the nomination, just say that. A few people have, more probably think it. But if you're attempting to put a checkmark in the "negative" column for DeSantis, it's not pointless to ask if Trump would do any better in that column. In fact, it's pretty dishonest to your self not to ask the question, unless you're "ride or die" and then all discussion about them as candidates is pointless.

I don’t find this a persuasive line of argument when we are witnessing something so completely unprecedented in the annals of American politics.
You’re asking for unquestioned loyalty and solidarity to someone who would be coming off the top rope if the roles were reversed. The indictment might be political BS, but that doesn’t mean any of the candidates should bend the knee and lock arms at Mar-A-Lago for someone who would go scorched earth on them on a moment’s notice.

Ron better pick the right side here because once he becomes the frontrunner, this lawfare bazooka will be aimed at him.

They know. They love that about him, they just sometimes find the need to make excuses for it.

The left isn’t going to be a factor in who I vote for the Republican primary. Make no mistake. Trump is a threat to the status quo. I never thought he had a chance to become president. When he did, I was flabbergasted at the relentless attacks on the man and his supporters.
As I’ve posted before, I’m taking this personally. They are doing this to me and my family.

concern trolling
I WANT everybody in jail for the most part. Or just gone or completely meaningless and irrelevant to my daily existence.
I understand we operate in a certain system, or at least used to.
If the realization that we no longer do now is “concern trolling” then you got me, I guess.

Probably never.
How long until Donnie uses Covid to hit DeSantis?

God, you are myopic as can be if you think any of this is anything close to the thrust of my point.

I was told that so much as calling for the investigation of a presidential candidate was interference and watched a sitting president get impeached for it. I was also told that having possession of illegal classified documents was a violation that “no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case” against.
Where did those standards go? This is either wrong or it isn’t.

The weaponization of federal law enforcement represents a mortal threat to a free society.
We have for years witnessed an uneven application of the law depending upon political affiliation.
Why so zealous in pursuing Trump yet so passive about Hillary or Hunter?
The DeSantis administration will bring accountability to the DOJ, excise political bias and end weaponization once and for all.

Good for him. Vivek said essentially the same thing, and even qualified his statement that Trumps demise would benefit him greatly.
