Not the letters you should be worried about. From a federal and state, at least in California, standpoint….your ignorance knows no bounds.

Hospitals have been doing this with the seasonal flu for years. FWIW.
They generally allow exemptions.

This is pretty easy to get around. Just don’t wear a mask. And if they ask you why you don’t have a sticker, tell them your guidelines state I don’t have to show my vaccine card. What are they gonna do, demand you show your vaccine card when their policy specifically states they cannot?
Leave it at that. Play their game and use their own rules to beat them with it.

If there is no agenda, then why do people that have already had covid not get the same treatment/benefits as those that have taken the Vaccine?

My hospital put a little sticker on the access badge for the flu shot. If you did not do the shot you had to wear a mask when in patient rooms.

It is the mask requirement that is illegal as it provides health information in violation of ada
The irony in those two statements is off the charts. If you think the mask requirement is illegal then you are lost, and need to excuse yourself from this conversation.
If you meant allowing vaccinated people to not wear a mask is illegal, you are even dumber than I thought. Not wearing a mask is voluntary. If people continue to wear masks it does not mean they are unvaccinated.
I own a small coffee shop in Atlanta. I gave my employees bonuses to get vaccinated. 27 out of 30 got vaccinated. On Monday, I started allowing vaccinated employees to go maskless. Only 2 people took advantage of that. People had a wide variety of reasons to just keep wearing them.

That is a fair question. My guess is that it is two-fold; 1) Proving you had COVID is more difficult than proving you were vaccinated; and 2) We still don't know how long the antibodies last.
Seems like if you were willing to submit to a weekly antibody test, then those results would be as good as a vaccine.

If I have to wear a mask I always use one that I cut a hole out for my mouth. The only people I see wearing them are black people
