I live in one of the most liberal neighborhoods in the city of Dallas(Oak Lawn). I have seen ONE Talarico sign. ONE. When Robert Francis O'Roarke was going against Ted Cruz 8 years ago there was a BETO sign on every other house or complex. It was overwhelming.
You won't see Paxton signs anywhere because America First conservatives don't want their property vandalized. It is a business decision.

Other political movements weaponize fear. I won't dispute that. MAGA is the most extreme version of it. Fear is a powerful human emotion to tap into. Trump has done a good job of creating boogymen for the old boomers to be fearful of.

I’ve never been a fan of his trans stance. It’s why I’ve always said voting for him isn’t an option. I can let the “love trans kids” shite slide because honestly those kids probably need some love in their life and that’s how they ended up messed up in the first place. That's what makes this race somewhat intriguing. Talarico should be the easiest candidate for a Republican to beat in the state of Texas. The fact that it might even be close says everything about how much of a dirt bag and shite candidate Paxton is. Society has just accepted that it's ok for our leaders to all be worthless pricks. It doesn't matter if Talarico or Paxton wins. Either way we lose.
