Anyone got a good reason why?

It’s not. It’s a bumper sticker. Not an axiomatic truth. There’s no data to suggest that it applies in any meaningful way in culture or sociology.

Diversity is strong, just ask the commies using diversity as a weapon to destroy our country.

I don't consider race to be that big of a divider when it comes to diversity.

Middle class black folks have similar experience as I have. Diversity should only matter in thought.

It's not.

Liberals love to talk about the virtues of the Scandinavian countries and they are uniform AF. There is no coincidence that these countries have a high level of social "community".

Who says it is? It isn't and can't be.
I think of it like a football team. If everyone had on different jerseys it would be confusion, which is the whole point of the Marxist plan pushing this diversity narrative in our culture. They want to destroy our traditional American values and create separation and friction between we the people, then impose upon us an elitist controlled communist style government. Their last big hurdle is the 2A.

Diversity for a purpose is not inherently bad. A bunch of people with different backgrounds working together for the same purpose can be good.

But diversity for diversity sake is not good because you then have a bunch of non likeminded people with different goals and thoughts coexisting instead of working together. Bad recipe.

I love diversity of cuisine.

Why would you want to eat the same crap over and over?

Real, true "diversity" is usually stronger, particularly over time and variable circumstances, than uniformity. Uniformity is very susceptible to a particular flaw or weakness being exploited at scale, among other issues.

Real diversity means diversity of thought, capability, experience, etc. Not this superficial, meritless demographic diversity for diversity's sake.

I mean, if we shouldn't disparage/judge (and to reiterate, WE SHOULD NOT) folks based on immutable characteristics outside that person's control, likewise those characteristics should not be the source of praise, forced inclusion, exception from standards, etc.

In other words, the further we drift from Dr. King's vision, the worse we do.

This is commonly accepted wisdom that doesn’t have any really good data behind it.

I also love diversity of music.

Why would you want to listen to the same crap over and over?

The math is out on that one, though... and it really is far more often untrue.

I'm not 100% against diversity of race, because it's more beautiful to see but, if we are honest, it is clearly not as functional when you have as many people as we do.

I will say that in a team setting diversity can be useful. If you're trying to create a certain solution or solve a problem, there truly can be an advantage to having a bunch of people from all different backgrounds who can view the task from different angles and likely come up with the best solution that might not otherwise present itself if everyone is homogenous. However, in real life that diversity is now introducing far more problems than it is solving.

Real trouble is some nutjob took that idea and said well if a small amount of diversity is nice, having everyone be diverse must be better. And here we are now.

Black supremacist need it to pay the cracker back, as they want to see us in chains. And white guilt cucks are assisting them.

Why Obamas 2nd term had to destroy decades of progress as we were getting along better than anytime in history and still moving in the right direction.

If you are forced to pick the best of each of several smaller buckets rather than throwing the members of all the buckets together and picking the best overall you cannot come up with a better set of choices. You might get lucky and come up with an equal set but that would be rare.

Data suggests the opposite, trust decays with diversity.
