If they really wanted to? Richest man in the world…… I’d like to think it wouldn’t be easy, but look what they did to Trump. I’m not saying they broke Trump….. but they took him out of office…… illegally. They never let up Trump for 4 years straight. I would like to think there are other people like Elon with the money and power to do what is right to counter the ones with evil intentions. Even with 260 billion, he can’t do it alone.

When asked how many fricks he had to give, Mr. Musk replied...

Trump was an elected official who couldn’t simply do whatever he wanted and was kept in check by laws and procedures. Musk has none of those restraints.

Considering that the man has damn near hero status among 80%+ of the GP, you’d think it’d be incredibly hard.

We’re all enjoying the leftist meltdowns, but let’s not forget that a significant percentage of “left of center” Americans still look up to the guy.

They'll kill him off if he becomes too big of a problem.

It would be hard for them but might be possible using the SEC/DOJ

If he gets too out of hand, he could wind up in an accident

In one word, impossible.

Do you honestly think the best and brightest military men who work behind the scenes would allow that? No chance. They know the USA needs Elon to remain the leader in space technology.

I think you can expect the rape accusations to start, unless he has NDAs with all his women.

SEC/IRS/FBI/DOJ probably have a million ways to frick with him, too.

I'd like to think he'd pull a Tony Stark if he's ever called to Congress to testify.

The guy I talked with last night who works for a contractor in the IC went all "muh Russian bots" when talking about Musk's Twitter. My question to him: Why does it matter? Why does the government need to spend billions on monitoring where information comes from on social media? They're f*ing tweets.

We're sure to watch them make the attempt to find out.

You would have to have levers to use on him.

Normal means to do this would be blackmail or financial threats.

Can’t easily blackmail someone if they aren’t doing anything illegal and immune to shaming on non-illegal fronts.

Can’t directly bankrupt him because Tesla is the only public company he owns while his private company, SpaceX, is hugely valuable and developing tech that will be worth a fortune when it reaches the market.

Can’t easily tie him up on bullshite federal charges either. The game plan of the Feds is to overwhelm you with their resources until you give in. One of the world’s richest men has the ability to raise money and fight back in ways they aren’t used to, even if they try to freeze his assets.

Can they break Musk? Anyone can be broken with enough effort. But I don’t think this is something that falls into their normal scenarios because he has the resources to fight and as far as we know he doesn’t have skeletons in his closet.

The deep state has to go away if space exploration is possible. Musk knows they are in the way.

Tossing some of them out an airlock is a viable option.

We need a few volunteers for a Mars mission. Slow Joe and Pelosi would be test subjects to see if the environment is hostile or not.

The bigger question is who does Musk have on the payroll that can double cross and help break the deep state (if that’s even his intention)? Because you have to imagine if the Soros’ and Scwabs of the world can make the things happen they do, what can someone with dozens times their net worth accomplish.

His Asperger's could actually be a big advantage here.
