He had my vote the night of the republican debate when they were all asked "who here would vote for themselves" and he was the only one that raised his hand.

I knew right then and there this dude would not give a frick about the establishment if elected.

Drain that swamp you orange bastard

Is it that embarrassing to say, "I voted for Jill Stein"? lol

I voted for Castle and feel good about it.

quote:

He describes himself as pro-life,[15] and opposes federal funding of Planned Parenthood.[16] Castle supports funding of space exploration.[17]

He opposes the war on drugs.[15] When it comes to prostitution, gambling, smoking, polygamous relationships, or any other activities made by consenting adults, Castle says he sees no role for the federal government to get involved.[15] He wants decriminalization of cannabis use, however opposes full legalization.[17]

He favors securing the borders.[15] He has described his foreign policy views as non-interventionist.[15] He favors the United States withdrawing from the United Nations, NATO, TPP, NAFTA, CAFTA-DR, GATT, and WTO. He favors ending the Federal Reserve.[15]

On June 12, 2016, Castle directly indicated a number of his political positions on the website iSideWith, which seeks to match voters with the candidates whose positions most closely match users' policy preferences as determined by a multiple-choice survey.[17] Castle presents himself as pro-gun and pro-Second Amendment, indicating that he believes there should not be "more restrictions on the current process of purchasing a gun" and is against banning individuals on the no-fly list from "purchasing guns and ammunition."

While being completely opposed to it morally, Castle explicitly indicated that same-sex marriage is among the consensual activities in which he believes the government should not be involved. He opposes compulsory vaccination, and has endorsed the requirement of GMO labeling, stating that "people have a right to know what is in their food".

He is against Common Core standards. He believes that felons should be allowed to vote, "but only after completing their sentences or parole/probation". He favors photographic voter identification requirements as a means of preventing voter fraud. Castle has expressed opposition to the retirement of solitary confinement for juvenile prisoners, on the grounds that the practice "is necessary for violent criminals who are a danger to themselves and other inmates". He believes that constitutional rights extend to foreign nationals suspected of terrorism, but only "inside the United States and not abroad".[citation needed]

Castle believes "physically and mentally capable adults on welfare" should be required to work. However, he opposes drug tests for welfare recipients as an infringement of privacy. He has expressed opposition to any government regulation of employee compensation by private businesses. He does not believe that illegal immigrants should have access to government healthcare or in-state tuition rates. He is against the Affordable Care Act. He opposes governmental environmental regulations.[citation needed]

That said, my disdain for the Democrats has grown dramatically since the election, to the point where I can't envision myself ever supporting another Democrat.
For the first time in my life I may very well vote a straight R ticket, all the way to city council votes.

Voted for Rubio in the Primary, voted for Gary Johnson in the election.

I am ashamed and regret not voting for him in 16 because i didnt believe he would really make a difference, but will definitely not be repeating that mistake. He had nothing to personally gain by becoming president. The man was already a global icon and had incredible wealth. He could have stayed in his ivory tower, preserved his legacy, and left America to rot from the inside.

He instead chose a path that he knew would damage his brand as a business person in order to try and save this country’s soul. Yes, he is a narcissist and yes he is brash and should probably tweet a little less, but he has selflessly sacrificed the image that he spent a lifetime cultivating in order to try and reignite the identity and values that made America so great to begin with.

He has won me over In a way i didn't think possible. He’s exposed the uniparty swamp and made the media and the leftist scum reveal their true selves. I’m confident that we will win the culture war. I’m fully on board.

Basically abstained from the vote in 2016...I cannot wait to vote Trump in this election. I feel people like me are why he wins in a landslide. I doubt he's lost a single supporter, but I know he's gained a ton

I was more of a Ted Cruz guy and didn't take Trump seriously during the primaries, though I did enjoy his personality and willingness to stomp on political correctness. After he became the nominee, I took a more serious look at him and after watching a few of his rallies, was all aboard the Trump train. It was pretty easy, too, considering his opponent.

Since his election, I've supported nearly everything he's done, and not just because he's the one doing it. I think he's done well with his to SCOUTS picks, have appreciated his work (with the Turtle) to push through so many federal judges, and many other things, including what he does to stick to his guns against the traitors on the left.

He's not perfect by any stretch and I wouldn't want him as a spiritual advisor, but I'm thrilled to vote for him again in 2020.

I thought Trump would: 1. raise taxes, 2. warmonger, 3. do nothing on illegal immigration, 4. generally screw over the middle class.

Basically, I thought Trump would be a Democrat.

I was total wrong, the guy is the best President we've ever had, and I'm 100% a supporter for a THIRD TERM!

Voted for him in 2016 to keep Crooked Hillary out of office, but he has done amazing things since he has been in office. Proud supporter of President Trump and he is without a doubt getting my vote in 2020.

About the same. Better than expected on judges and finally getting the wall built, but the betrayal of the Kurds and flirting with gun control bothers me. Will still vote for him in 2020, stakes are too high with RBG and Breyer being replaced to consider otherwise.

He's an a-hole and i cringe at some of his tweets, but i consider myself firmly in his corner.

i cannot fathom voting for anyone running against him at this point. they are too far removed from any financial reality.
