A Senate seat isn’t POTUS. It’s really not a big deal in the grand scheme of things if a standing Senator dies. (Dem) Gov just replaces him, no continuity issues at all

He doesn't. He removed any mention of Trump from his website today which will only alienate Trump supporters and he can't win without them.

The primary was a great test of Oz' strength as a candidate. He won even with Barnette in there planting around and splitting the Trump base (on behalf of McCormick and the GOPe, btw).
You gotta be careful with the Barnette types who are so eager to jump in there and split up the Trump base in these primaries. They're really good at winning the hearts of the more undisciplined wing of the base.
