This is the same way some of the Trumpkins on here are perceived. How do they have a degree? In anything?

Hi Toddy,

I’m willing to bet most Trump supporters on this board don’t have a business related degree. Still, getting a college degree is pretty easy and doesn’t make anyone credible imo. I was a double a major in Finance and Economics with an MBA. I know we have Accountants and other Business graduates on this board with plenty of credibility who run circles around me on tax policy.

It's probably a degree in social justice economics.

She doesn't. She said she did during the campaign but when she was fact checked she changed her website to say her degree is in "International Relations" and not Economics.

How can she be so economically illiterate yet hold a degree in economics. How?
I suppose Boston U is suspect. How did Corrine Brown get a degree from U of Florida? I suppose it's a cake major, International Relations and economics.

She should be removed from the House Committee on Finance. How can they allow a simpleton like her to stay on that committee?

Mistakes were made.

And to be honest, everyone is for the right price.

You might not be able to afford my price, but it’s there.

Undergraduate level economics degrees aren't that hard to get. Also it's not necessarily as uniform of a curriculum past a certain level; and some schools confer the degree as a B.A., others do it as a B.S.

She has a degree in the economics that her professor wanted her to know. The professors teach their version of economics, highlighting what they like and degrading all other ideas. The exams are based on how well you take to the programming. She could have been a straight A student in the subjects her instructor tested her on.

The ruination of America has been architected by union teachers and Marxist college professors. From our media, journalists and lawyers, those that taught them in college brainwashed them into the useful idiots they are today.

Do not ask to see a copy of the diploma. There's more random fonts than a Hawaiian birth certificate.

She might be lying. Paul Krugman has been lying for years about winning the Nobel Prize in Economics. He didn't. He won the Swedish Prize honoring Nobel.

A minor in econ from Boston University seems easy enough. They have macro and micro split into 4 4hour courses and you need 3 additional courses to obtain a minor. And according to their course list you could just move to intermediate macro and micro and get the requirements.

That's probably the easiest minor path I've ever seen.

Because college doesn’t have anything to do with being smart. Lots of retards out there with big fancy degrees.

She got a degree because she likely agreed with whatever her Progressive Profs told her.

It has been clear for years our top colleges are not teaching, but indoctrinating. Our foreign enemies have done well in this department helping to create millions of "educated" useful idiots.

AOC is just one of many.

Because she’s never done anything in the real world with economics, so she lacks experience. I know you’d figure she’d understand basic economics after 4 years of college, but evidently you cannot tell. Academia is nothing but a bubble, especially in a place like Boston.

As we all know, there’s a large difference in Academia and the real world of the private sector. I sure as hell found that out in my first internship.
