How do you rig an election? You rig the question. Look at this ballot asking Virginians to flip a 6D-5R congressional map to 10D-1R, breaking up every region of the Commonwealth. Yet the ballot says “to restore fairness.” Rigged. VOTE NO.

That is not a complicated or rigged question. Anyone who thinks it is, probably shouldn't be voting to begin with.

bullshite. The word "fairness" has no place on an election ballot. It's a completely subjective word.

I'm guessing you don't live in Louisiana. Have you seen the absolute gibberish that is usually on our ballots for amendments?

Wait until he learns about electronic voting systems.

No one, in this context.

So if fricking Louisiana does it, it’s OK?
lol

I do and I have. Are you justifying one piece of bullshite, because other pieces of bullshite also exist?
Both are examples of obfuscation.

I didn't say it wasn't OK in Louisiana. If our legislature actually wanted some of this stuff to pass, they would draft it in readable English.
I find no such issue with the VA question. Ballot amendments almost always phrase the action proposed in a favorable light--because the people who support the damn thing are the ones who draft it.
If people are too stupid to educate themselves on the amendment until they get into the booth---that is on the voter.

Which is why I'm generally an automatic no in Louisiana, unless the legislature goes into double negative territory.

It's a biased question to guide the stupids to vote a certain way.

Anyone who thinks providing proof of residency in order to vote is impossible shouldn't be voting either.

Zero argument there.

Of course it is rigged = why is there any presentation of a 'result' in the definition - especially when the 'result' is a flat out lie.
par for the course with anything coming from a democrat

Classic deflection.
Just because one entity uses language to incite emotions, does not make the use the right thing to do.

That is the target office for democrats - they want nothing but stupidity in the voting process = stupid

Define "fairness" as used in the proposal, who gets to define it and their criteria for defining it.

Amazing how the Democrats get this to happen.
Pisses me off.

I don’t.
And see absolutely no way to justify VA by citing LA.
