What type of person has to make the claim to get the party started?

Where do you file the paperwork?

What’s the best avenue for getting a DA disbarred who has suborned perjury and destroyed evidence?

Deep fake the attorney saying white lives matter. That’s literally all you need to do.

I know SFP can be frustrating at times, but don’t go after his livelihood.

File a complaint with the State's Bar Association.

I'd imagine calling the state bar association would be the first thing I'd do.

each state is going to be different. Try the state bar association for that state, call and ask, or try their web site.
In Louisiana here is the complaint form
Bar Complaint.

Or go straight to the LADB (Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board)

Jack Thompson got disbarred in Florida in part for being an a-hole who would “attack and disparage other litigants”.

I believe there was also some kind of court document filed with hardcore pornography as well.

Short answer -- there is NONE!

quote:

Prosecutors very rarely face serious consequences, even for wrongdoing that sends innocent men to prison for years — much less for cases that never get to court.

There have been about 700 exonerations in the United States in which prosecutors withheld exculpatory evidence or committed other misconduct, according to The National Registry of Exonerations.

Yet in only one of those, said Samuel Gross, the founder of the registry, did a prosecutor serve jail time — four days in a Texas case in which an innocent defendant spent almost 25 years in prison. The prosecutor in the Duke lacrosse sexual assault case spent a mere 24 hours in jail after failing to disclose exculpatory DNA evidence, and other serious lapses.

For a run of the mill attorney, a complaint from a client claiming mal feasance. Like charging exorbitant fees, not doing his/her job. Misrepresentation.

A District Attorney type is a little harder because of the position and the political nature of the position. But it happens. In the NOLA area 2 former DA's have gone to jail.....Eddie Jordan, a former US Attorney and Walter Reed in suburban St. Tammany....I believe both surrendered their licenses once convicted. Sad part is that both were pretty effective back in the day. Jordan when he was USA was very good. I just really liked Reed as a baw......he was crooked, but in a good way. His Thursday night feasts at Sal and Judy's were must attend events.

The only way to beat a DA is to defeat them at the ballot. DA’s are among the most untouchable elected officials in this country. There’s an unspoken rule in Louisiana that people almost never run against sitting judges, DA’s, assessors, or sheriffs because they can make your life, your career, and the lives of your family and friends miserable. Many of these folks are tyrannical, corrupt to the bone, and aren’t afraid to massively abuse their power in order to keep it. Typically, if your charges have weight, they’ll suddenly bear fruit AFTER the DA is no longer in office.

After what happened to that judges' family back east if I were an AG or judge I would keep my head on a swivel.

Might want to reconsider that. Could come back on you for decades. I've seen it happen.

I cannot even imagine being convicted of something I did not do, then finding out the prosecution was corrupt, and there be no consequences for it. We've seen that in the Flynn case.

We see in with Kim Gardner.
In fact, the Samuel Gross quote addressing rarity of consequence for prosecutorial misconduct is being audaciously used to shield Gardner.... "If you did not charge others, you cannot charge me."

If you can prove the attorney has done something fricky with Trust Account funds, you’re golden.
