Link? This midterm had huge turnout in general. Both parties saw huge upticks with the Repubs only getting competitive after the Kavanaugh BS.

You do realize theres more than just winning a race right?

uh, were you around in 2000, when the state of Fla had to go all the way to the Supreme Court to win an election for the (R)s? Yet last night the (R)s flipped a DIM Senate seat

So exactly how long does this theory of yours take to develop into a winning strategy?

Trump won Florida. Also since Democrats always turnout lower for midterms that bodes very well for 2020.

The party not in power typically has higher turnout than the party in power during midterms. What the actual frick are you saying kid?

It also motivates new voters to register and turnout.

Florida in particular was a razor thin margin.

You're right. It does motivate new voters. For instance, I know several conservatives here in Florida that had never voted before in their lives until 2016. And they came out again yesterday.

Then you must be a moron because no one who is conservative early on in life switches over to become a liberal. Unless you are incredibly ignorant of life in general and the way it works.

Quite well actually. Not winning in deep red states is fairly meaningless. The margins are what matter.

Nelson was an incumbent. Florida is probably a purple state. The media claims this huge backlash against Trump. How did Nelson lose?
