Yeah turkey would be a different story entirely. They’ve been a nato ally for awhile and if we start attacking our own other ally’s in undermines the entire system we built from the Cold War.

We still have bases in Turkey.

That was a full blown military coup with the “protestors” flying their own fricking f-16
I remember protestors on a bridge without apparent RPGs getting wiped out with a chain gun, but OK.

They attempted to seize control of several places in Ankara, Istanbul, Marmaris and elsewhere, such as the Asian side entrance of the Bosphorus Bridge, but failed to do so after forces and civilians loyal to the state defeated them.

Turkey is a NATO ally. Attacking them would be WW3.
They may be in NATO, but they aren't an ally.

Turkey is definitely going to get that mossad d**k in the anus right after Iran. They have too much influence over Syria and israel wants Syria

Turkey is the next country that Netanyahu will send the U.S. after. Unfortunately, Trump will probably comply.

If Iran goes full France tomorrow, my bet for “who will Linseee Graham and Johnny Bolton demand that we go to war with” is Columbia, not Turkey.
Turkey is just too obvious and we can’t burn enough printed cash repositioning for Turkey. Columbia is a fifth seed, but has late season momentum.
Gotta drop bombs on little brown people somewhere. The tournament must go on.

Get used to this conversation. Out European allies are going to fall one by one and we're going to have to deal with them. The post cold war order is crumbling as we speak. It is of no use to the US any more.
