Damn, I wish I could find a house to rent for $1900, that would rock.

Live in a pod, don't own a car, and eat bugs. That's how.

Most people in the country can’t get ahead. But hey, corporate profits are at an all-time high so The Market will surely sort this out.

Avg savings cant be mathematically correct.

Regardless those are staggering numbers.

I guess they make ends meet with dual income households and both are maxxed out paying bills and little to zero saving or investing

Those car notes are stupid. Ive never had a car note that high. That would drive me nuts

Fix zoning issues and regulations. "Corporate profits" aren't killing the American dream.

Oh, bullshite. Work hard, advance, don’t get divorced, don’t engage in substance abuse, don’t commit crimes and live within your means. These are simple rules. Almost anyone who follows them will get ahead - way ahead.

Young people don’t get ahead because they are always going to Las Vegas or the Bahamas. Plus they don’t want to work 40 hours per week, much less the 60 my wife and I worked on the way from nothing to wealth.

At my house in the Rocky Mountains I employ a landscape company. It is owned by a man named Benito Barrios. Benito was an immigrant who didn’t have shite. He followed the advice in paragraph 1. Eventually, he took the clients who had come to trust him, the crews who loved and respected him, and started his own company. He is now rich. Why can Benito do it, but young Americans can’t? Because they are unworthy pussies.

I feel bad for younger people who want to buy a house or car.
But I don't understand deep credit card debt. I use a card for convenience and always pay it off at the end of the month.

If the majority of the country goes into debt and can't pay it, what happens?

I live below my means. Small house, small truck, used boat and ATV. Don’t eat out. Do as much for myself as I can versus hiring others to do it. Eat a lot of deer and fish. Have a garden. Don’t go on vacations. Told my children from a young age, if you’re gonna go to college, you’ll need to secure the money for most of it.

Have also picked up and sold pecans and the wife (no pics you freaks) does door hangers and 4X8 Christmas cards.

I have zero credit card debt and refuse to have any.

More and more average people are living with their parents longer, more and more are permanently doing so.

The American dream is getting further out of reach.

Tattoo and vape shops don’t seem to be hurting for business around Central La.

They keep raising wages to try and counteract inflation, and it’s a vicious cycle. Ironically, government spending is behind most of the inflation.

I don't necessarily dislike tats, but 90% of those with numerous tats are the same people who bitch about the cost of living all the time and want gubment intervention.

Some of these people have thousands of dollars in ink, and live on the streets.

I live by my income being above average and my bills all being below those averages.

Unsustainable; the economy will crash for 85% of people.
Throw in AI taking jobs and all the low skilled illegals that need govt assistance.
We fricked… we broke
