Would have prevented the Buffalo and Uvalde shooters from buying guns.

Let’s say this passes. You’re an 18, 19, 20 year old law abiding citizen. You’re asleep in your apartment. Young Le’Brondravius, Te’Shawnsquirreleus and friends kick the door in at 3AM and start sprayin 50 round drums.
Nothing to worry about. I assure you their firearms were obtained illegally. So it’s against the law for them to even have them. Plus it’s against the law for them to kill you. You’re good.

I have no problem with holding parents, social workers, mental health professionals and LEOs accountable to the appropriate extent, depending on the circumstances.
However, it is a similar shame that you hide behind the inane belief that 2nd amendment rights are absolute and unlimited.
You keep that up and stand unflinchingly back-to-back with the NRA and see what that gets you.
