Nothing to make the middle class portions of TCJA permanent. That is really disappointing.

Why do Democrats hate service industry workers, senior citizens and blue collar workers?

It is about a finance and economics educational deficit. Many people do not comprehend how leaving money in the non-government/ private sector economy produces more revenue overall. Just like there is a lack of comprehension that deficit government spending competes with the private sector for operating cash & raises interest rates for private business, while producing nothing of marketable value.

Think of it this way, when the government goes on a hiring binge, those jobs are counted in the employment stats, yet they produce nothing of marketable value. It’s just moving money around. Instead, leave more money in the private sector (not taxation) where the money can be used to employ more people and invest in new business and make things that can be sold.

Typical stupid twisting of reality.

I guess my sarcasm was a little too subtle.

The point was that a common tactic from Democratic Party talking heads is to frame Republican pushed legislation as hating various groups.

I don't think they will get both of these things. Guess which one is less likely...

You will not see this narrative from the propaganda media.

Somehow, some way, these will be tax cuts for the rich.

And let's take tips. I'm in favor of no taxes on that too.

Well this can be fixed on a person to person basis.

I am not going to tip ever again if this goes through. Hope they are ready for that crowd.

And that crowd can afford to eat out alot, sucks for everyone.

I’m not arguing any of this.

You made a false post that you are now brushing aside to focus on other aspects of wages. I simply called out that false post as did others.

Oh, I am so sorry for saying dont work overtime.

Yall are bought and paid for just like the liberals. Cash for votes.

Also, if I am not mistaken, these nitwits will have no tax on their OT or tips but it wont count for their social security figures down the road.

You tip because someone provided a service, therefore it’s not a gift. Enough with the mental gymnastics already.

This is why NGOs were such bullshite.

Our government was manipulating our job data by counting these roles in the overall figures.

The only reason I can see this no tax on tips and overtime being helpful is because of all the revenue we just lost by firing all these government workers. That will affect stock prices as less money is on the street now.

You've never worked 3PL in a distribution facility have you? Those guys are routinely asked to work 50 + hours a week or they could lose their jobs.
