If she keeps it up, she'll be censured. If she continues after that, she'll be brought up on ethics charges and if she continues after that she'll be impeached and cast out. Congress can excise that cancerous lump of cells if she keeps it up.

Hate to burst your bubble but the ethics committee is actually where most scandals in Congress go to die as that's pretty much the cleanup crew. It's pretty much worthless for members of Congress accountable.
They'll make a big show about bringing up the charges on the first day, promise to investigate and then announce no charges several months later on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday night dump, preferably on a holiday weekend.
Of course with someone completely out there like Omar, things may be more different than usual.

No, I don’t think it’s a joke. When any criticism of Israel on any grounds is automatically branded anti-Semitic then we have a problem. It’s like yelling racist any time something about black people is criticized.

Indeed. It reminds of the immediate wake of the ACA when some liberal in the Southwest was interviewed about it. He said he supported it because it was going to force the rich to pay for everyone else's healthcare. His stance changed though once it passed and he found out he was considered one of the rich.
