So you can say, beyond a reasonable doubt, you know her consent level? There's a reason they generally don't press charges unless there's some sort of blackout going on. What if she's screaming harder the whole time on the video? You haven't seen it.

IMO, one of the most closely guarded secrets across society is that no one actually learns anything in college classrooms. There are exceptions and good teachers in some places, but through my personal observations, anything learned in college is done by the individual on their own time. I’m not a fan of the legislation that many years ago raised the drinking age from 18 to 21, but if a law is enacted, it should be enforced. Since the majority of college undergraduates are aged 18-20, the existence of a “college bar” is proof positive that the law is being ignored.
True law enforcement would mean that bars like this would not exist.
