Horowitz will probably recommend charges be filed against a few people..and barr will decline.

I think the Mueller Report, on its face, was enough to begin impeachment proceedings, whether or not it was politically wise, or would lead to an indictment.

It laid out examples of obstruction of justice that should have triggered the process, regardless of opinions on how the investigation began.

I can't imagine being this delusional about anything. Incredible.

I'm not even a Trump fan, but to think there was anything in that report that legitimately called for impeachment is absolutely insane to me.

I dont elect chuck todd or chris Cuomo. Blaming the media lets the elected officials off the hook.

if its a constitutional crisis, as i have heard ad nauseam the last few years, then it should be congress’s responsibility to move that needle via the process in that very constitution. As stated, they shirked that responsibility.

Im a little stoned so im probably not getting my point across efficiently.

I dont particularly want impeachment either. I dont think its a very strong case. BUT i dont think it is fair to hold the threat of impeachment proceedings hanging out there over the president either. I will agree with him that it is not good for the country. The mueller report was published. Either move forward and get it started or move on and stop rehashing it. Thats all.

Then why didnt Mueller recommend he be charged???????

Wait for it here is the left rebuttal.....because a sitting president....blah blah blah.

What is missing is Barrs sworn testimony before congress, while he had witnesses in the room asked Mueller three times, "Are the statutes laws etc preventing you from charging him" and THREE TIMES mueller answered NO.

I cant believe a person of sound mind would still believe this garbage of a report by a senile old fool who was nothing more than a puppet.

Sara Carter broke the story nearly a month ago. The MSM basically went radio-silent on it.

Russia Probe Twist: A Billion Dollar CEO, A Convicted Russian Agent And The FBI
By Sara Carter
July 26, 2019

If what you already know about the FBI’s investigation into President Donald Trump’s campaign and Russia has you wondering what can come next, “make sure you are sitting down because it’s about to get worse,” said Patrick Byrne, the philanthropist and CEO of the mega online retail chain Overstock.com.

Byrne revealed never published details about his intimate relationship with the Russian gun right’s activist and libertarian, Maria Butina, who is now serving out her sentence after pleading guilty in 2018 to working as a foreign agent in the U.S. without registering.

In an interview several weeks ago, Byrne recounted first meeting Butina at Freedom Fest 2015. He described the relationship that developed between the two and revealed that he had initiated contact in July, 2015 with the FBI after his first meeting with Butina. He also disclosed that he met twice with Justice Department attorneys in April, 2019 giving a total of seven hours of interviews on the separate occasions. A source directly familiar with the interviews, confirmed those meetings took place.
...

In those interviews with Justice Department attorneys, Byrne revealed details about his intimate relationship with the Russian gun right’s activist Butina. Byrne was a keynote speaker on July, 8, 2015 at Freedom Fest, a yearly Libertarian gathering that hosts top speakers in Las Vegas. Shortly after his address, Butina approached him. She told him she was the leader of a gun right’s organization in Russia. He congratulated her, spoke to her shortly, but then “brushed her off.”

The young redheaded Russian graduate student then approached him again over the course of the conference and explained that she worked for the Vice Chairman of the Central Bank of Russia and sent by them to make contact with Byrne.
...

At that point the FBI gave him an explicit “green light” to meet with her. He rented a hotel room with two bedrooms because he was under the impression that the romantic texts were simply her way to cover for communicating with him. However, she arrived at the hotel beforehand, occupied the room before Byrne’s arrival, and when he arrived, she made clear that her flirtatious texts were not simply a disguise.

Byrne said that the FBI agents made clear they were skeptical that Butina might be of interest, dismissing her as simply a normal 26 year old Russian graduate student. Over time, Byrne and Butina developed an intimate relationship but at the same time he alleges he was continuously reporting on Butina to the FBI in an effort to convince them that it might be worthwhile to introduce her to some of his contacts at the Council on Foreign Relations.
...

Although Byrne was concerned about Butina’s possible motives, he eventually became convinced that she was an intellectual being used by both the Russians and American intelligence apparatus. She was stuck between two highly contentious and secretive governments, he claimed. He relayed those concerns to the FBI, he said.

LINK
Last night, Byrne went on to claim the FBI deliberately allowed Butina to involve herself with GOP campaigns. He said the FBI was completely aware of what she was doing, and appeared as early as Dec2015 to be setting up the Rubio, Trump and Cruz campaigns for accusations of Russian associations. He said instructions came from Strzok via Comey and 3 other officials in the Obama Administration whom he declined to name.

He also alluded to a deepstate blackmail scheme targeting Hillary Clinton, which he demurred from detailing. I would guess that chapter involves Russian donations to the Clinton Foundation associated with Uranium One ( LINK).

He said Comey "crapped his pants" when he found out Byrne had talked with Barr and Durham in April.
