I did this when we boycotted the super bowl. Shows how petty I am but will be doing it this year. Have 4 TVs in my house. During the Super Bowl. I made sure to have Hulu playing on one tv, Netflix on another tv, HBO on another tv and downloaded the cbs app which the Super Bowl was playing on that network and played series the entire day to screw up the ratings. These apps keep track of what’s being played on what day so if you really want to hurt them this what I suggest everyone do every game day.

If you absolutely have to watch. Don’t watch on cable or any device (like sling or YouTube tv) that keeps track. Buy an over the air HD antenna and watch that way but make sure to play the apps on your other televisions. It will wreck the ratings....

Enough people have to mobilize to go after their sponsors to truly hit their pocket books. The right doesn’t usually do that

I'm a Kansan that married a LSU Tiger is how I ended up on this board many years ago. Now that my Chiefs finally won the Super Bowl before I died I can turn my attention to something else. Was very disappointed to see Mahomes join the other players throughout the league in the BLM commercial. I thought he was smarter than that. Oh well. Gonna have a lot more spare time this fall. Grew up pheasant & quail hunting in KS. My boys are old enough now I can teach them to hunt. Live in central TX now. Time to get after some hogs, deer, & turkey. Pretend like I'm shooting some BLM pukes...

Also cutting out any company associated with them, and CFB.

Upvote- I (or anyone for that matter) should be embarrased to watch a game or league that supports the black race over all others! Black National Anthem?? How much more racist can you be? I am done with this shite!

I'm curious if we can actually hurt their pocketbooks....and really....deep down....I want to hurt the players and take away their platform.

it will take more than one season, but their money is in the tv revenue, crash their ratings and you will hurt them...

I downvoted... I only have a few years left of Rodgers. As much as I hate the antics... I can't do it

Surely your love FOR America is greater than your wish to watch grown men who HATE America, play a kids game for money.
The BLM movement has a mission statement that says they wish to destroy the nuclear family (Man and woman raise kids). Their leaders are trained marxists (the communists that were in charge of Rushia) and they admit it. Their mission is to destroy America as we know it. Read it on their website.

Why would any full blooded American support people in a sport that support this BLM movement.

I don’t plan on watching much NFL and frankly my interest in college football will be tested. I despise SJW crap. And besides, LSU 2019 can never be topped anyway.

I was a fanatic but I really have no interest anymore. Some things are more important than sports.

I thought we were supposed to be against cancel culture. How is cancelling the NFL any different?

I'm not "boycotting" the NFL.

I'm fricking done with the NFL. Sadly, looks like CFB will be next.

But I'm over it. More time for family and fishing on those cool fall weekends.

The problem is when people say they are going to boycott the NFL, they don’t. They always wind up watching. Maybe 0.5% stick to their guns. There is data to support this.

I have several downvotes, yet no one is disputing how hypocritical it is that we stand against cancel culture, yet we want to cancel the NFL.

I may be a lifelong conservative, but I’m unwilling to let football be replaced by a hypocritical political statement.

Seriously, if we’re standing against the cancel culture, why should we allow Democrats to ruin our love for football?

Am I wrong about this? I honestly welcome an open dialogue.
