They have built so much movie/production infrastructure in GA that they aren’t gling anywhere.

At the end of the day they go where it is financially advantageous to film a movie.

Yep, Pinewood Studios alone has filmed so many massive tv shows and movies the last 5 years that even I know of its existence and that they're big time, and I'm not a film buff by any measure.
I think there's a lot of CGI for those same movies and shows done in the state as well. In other words, they aren't going anywhere.
