I'm pretty sure the filing deadline has passed. That's why Bloomberg jumped in so quickly.
Not that the rules matter to the Clintons, but I don't think she's eligible anymore.

We know now what a farce the 2016 Dem primaries were. They only held them for show. She was the DNC’s chosen candidate all along.

My theory is that she knows she is going to run and is just running down the clock as much as she can to reduce the amount of time she has to spend on the campaign trail because she isn’t capable of handling the grind.
The grind broke her down last time and she is now four years older.

Plus if she "waits" to be asked to jump in and "save the party" during a brokered convention she avoids alienating other Dem candidates' supporters during the primary campaigns. She probably is. A lot of people paid up front for oval office favors, during the 2016 election. Hillbitch owes a lot of powerful people a lot of political favors. That kind of debt doesn't just go away.
