The rules Sen. McConnell has proposed for the president's impeachment trial are the equivalent of a head juror colluding with the defendant to cover up a crime.

Call your senators and urge them to push for witnesses and evidence, not a cover-up:

The hypocrisy of liberals is oh so tiresome.

Their fundamental misunderstanding of how politics really work is frustrating as well.

I think you are referring to how politics SHOULD work in a moral society.

THe DEMOCRATs are past masters at DISHONEST politics - which depends on a biased and malevolent news media to accept all their preemptions as established fact and to disregard any objections as "debunked conspiracy theories"

That is rich coming from someone who was kicked off the team trying to impeach Nixon and who was married to a guy who was shown to have actually committed a crime while in office (a high crime at that) and got off in the Senate due to colluding with Senate leadership.

It is high time we have a revolution and reset this republic to what our founders intended. /sarcasm / sort of.

What a con job. This is not a criminal proceeding, it's a political process. Why a political process? There is no evidence of a crime. Bill Clinton perjured himself. Despite what Democrats will try and sell, Donald Trump has committed no crime.

They are experts in how politics work. Those crazy bastards can spin anything and they have complete control over all channels of communication.

Democrats just have no idea how law or the constitution or really any ethical or moral underpinning works. Their entire view of all of these things is situational. It’s why they are hypocrites.

But yes. It’s fricking tiresome and makes me furious.

His refreshment of choice is a little harder to come by now that Epstein didn't kill himself.

For a little more context, she was kicked off the Nixon hearing for trying to deny Nixon counsel during the hearings, which was something the Dems actually did this time to Trump.

We sure she didn’t mastermind this? Nadler sure fricking didn’t.

Can only hope that after Trump is acquitted - he goes after HRC. I miss the lock her up chants.

That makes no sense. She actually wants the “head juror” to call witnesses. That’s not how it works, Hillary ??

Isn't this resolution a carbon copy of the resolution afforded Billy? WTF is she talking about?

Before Hank shows up to correct you (and I’m a little surprised he hasn’t already), she wasn’t kicked off. But it definitely was a position she advocated.
