My grandfather warned me to never get a tattoo because if you ever were a fugitive it would be an identifying mark.

It's an administrative matter and I don't see how the MS13 gang member's presence is required.

Why would a foreign country send one of its citizens to another country for trial? He's in his own country now. And being a member of MS-13 is illegal in El Salvador, a fact which is overlooked in these discussions.
And we can debate the whole "mistaken deportation" thing, but that is in the past.
