“By strategically releasing this reserve in between Memorial Day and July 4th, we are ensuring sufficient supply flows to the tri-state and northeast at a time hardworking Americans need it the most,” Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm said in a statement Tuesday.

Just one more knife in the back of our nation. The S.O.B. sells and gives away the Strategic Oil Reserve to China and others as a means of obtaining personal gratification in exchange for destroying our nation's security. Or is it still Obozo calling the shots?

His policies drive up gas prices, and he’s draining the strategic reserve putting us a risk to compensate for bad policy, instead of reversing the policy.
It’s not sustainable and completely reckless.
