What’s the source of the blue background pic? Drivers license? Mugshot? I can’t tell if it’s the same person either way.

OP shows a pic of someone who bears a VERY slight resemblance to other pics of the shooter. It could be him. It could NOT be him. No one is attacking anything by asking the source of the new image.
If the "source" is some random Twitter user (from halfway across the country), the chances are 50:50 that someone just googled "Latino transgender teen" and picked a pic to post on their Twitter account.
OTOH, if the pic came from someone in Uvalde, there is a good chance it is genuine.
Why is this difficult?
EDIT: The source of the "cheerleader" pic seems to be some Twitter rando in Colorado. Not sure how some guy 1500 miles from Uvalde thinks he verified the data.
