Here’s a statement that some Liberals make I agree with. They actually got one right.

The claim doesn’t make sense. It’s a classic category error.

If you could somehow make “caring” for your pet mean the same as “caring” for any group of people that you don’t know personally, then I would guess that liberal women would score the highest in terms of loving their cats more than a group of people with whom they disagree.

You could ask them directly and openly, and they would not be vexed in the slightest by the moral incongruity, as would a typical conservative.

“Hey liberal single lady, do you care for your cats more than you do Republicans?” Would any of them hesitate? How many would be able to avoid cursing in their rageful response?

“Hey MAGA dude, do you care for your dog more than illegal immigrants?” You’d get a fair number of responses like: “Well, of course, but that doesn’t mean I wish harm to those people. I just want them to obey the law.”

Yes, without a doubt. Plus, my dog likes bacon. I don't trust a fricking soul who doesn't like bacon.
