I don't know their voices, but this justice is arguing for the government that OSHA has to be allowed to do this because Congress doesn't have the expertise or ability to. I didn't know that was a justice's role.

Since it is now known that vaccinated can contract Covid, they can also transmit it to both vax'd and unvax'd. Therefore if the unvax'd are forced to test, then the unvax'd should be forced to test.
I don't agree with OSHA forcing testing or vaxing but just pointing out the illogical aspect of this OSHA rule.

These “Justices” are simply lying at this point. They are now trying to make scientific decisions and are doing so with inaccurate information. They are borderline practicing medicine without a license at this point (which is a crime).

I haven’t heard very many legal arguments here at all, it’s all scientific. And the fact that nobody is calling them out on it (even one of their own) is simply amazing.
