We're being ruled by an illegitimate government now in all 3 branches.
Arguing about whether the vaccine works or not is moot.
Can OSHA or any federal bureacracy (EPA, FDA, etc) make governing rules that must be followed by private businesses and private individuals as though these rules are now Federal LAW? And what is the relationship between Federal Law, the 9th/10th amendments, and individual sovereignty over one's body?
But folks like Kagan, Sotomayer, etc. are too emotionally unstable and ignorant to understand these arguments and rule on the feelz instead of the Constitution ...
I don't care how they rule. I'm sovereign over my body and if they rule differently than that we'll cross every next bridge as we come to it ...

The only way the corrupted court rules against the mandate is the MIC and other monster employers fear that enough people will quit to mess up their money.

Should be moot. The judges are forcing that argument with their propaganda. I've not listened SC judges very often, but I now have a very low admiration for all of them. Can no one bring up what this should be about?

Peer reviewed journals ... which are completely anti-science.
The data just is what it is. We used to hypothesize, test, review ... lather, rinse, repeat.
Now we have review boards who politicize everything so the SC thinks they can rule on whether the vaccines are required based on how effective they are.
It's complete clown world and as someone who grew up getting multiple STEM degrees, I hate what "science" has become ...
