I wish the attorney would just come out and say that the "vaccines" JUST DON'T F*CKING WORK. Further, the "vaccines" have been SHOWN FOR A F*CKING FACT to have severe side effects, up to and including DEATH.
He's essentially giving the government the benefit of the doubt that these are "vaccines" and that they are perfectly "safe and effective."
ETA: And Kagan just came out and said that the vaccines prevent infection and transmission. THAT IS A F*CKING LIE! Given the current rates of Covid, it is clear that the vaccines just DON'T F*CKING WORK.

Kagan is a definite yes on OSHA rule. She is making the arguments for OSHA. This is not going well.

There is no complete study saying that. How could there be? We all know, and there is plenty of evidence out there that the vaccinated are getting infected and hospitalized in the same proportions as the unvaccinated.
