'The CDC is taking bird flu VERY seriously': Director Mandy Cohen says agency is keeping 'very close eye' on situation and reveals plan to mass-produce H5N1 vaccines if virus causes pandemic
I'm sure this makes all of us feel so cared for and ready to roll up our sleeves.....AGAIN! November being just 7 months away has no bearing on this situation.
But amid concerns, federal officials are preparing vaccine supplies in case there are more human cases.
They already have two candidates available, officials told the Washington Post, which could be rolled out within weeks to months if needed.
