I believe he did not go out there that night hoping to kill someone. But he now has to live with it on his mind - good shoot or not.

He had 2 choices.

Kill or be killed.

There is nothing to “get off his conscience” or “have to live with”.

He will sleep great (for the rest of his life) once these false charges are dropped.

Weird how only one side is expected to behave.

Two violent miscreants are now taking a dirt-nap because of THEIR actions and choices, not the actions and choices of Rittenhouse. Both videos of the deadly encounters demonstrate beyond a reasonable doubt that the kid repeatedly retreated from attackers and only defended himself with violent force when met with violent force. Yet he did so only when the threat was imminent and his attackers were in close quarters of his personal space.

It may be a harsh statement but the world is a better place with these violent hoodlums removed from the gene pool. The kid is a hero and should receive a medal.

So the first shot hit the ground, the second shot missed, and the third shot hit the aggressor. Is this correct?

No, he was swiss cheese.

Dr. Kelley of the Milwaukee Medical Examiner’s Office conducted an autopsy on Joseph Rosenbaum. Dr. Kelley indicated that Rosenbaum had a gunshot wound to the right groin which fractured his pelvis, a gunshot wound to the back which perforated his right lung and liver, a gunshot wound to the left hand, a superficial gunshot wound to his lateral left thigh, and a graze gunshot wound to the right side of his forehead

The groin shot was likely from the low ready position.

And gonna get paid by all these outlets saying he is a murderer and such without having all the facts.

Nope! When he went in the public square and engaged in the counter protest he made himself a public figure.

The difference between him and the MAGA kid with the injun is that the MAGA kid was minding his own business. He was a private citizen.

So both deaths resulted from nitwits trying to snatch a rifle away while it was pointed at them. Darwinism personified.

Pictures are of aggressors# 2&3. Rosenbaum is aggressor #1. He was hit 5 times unless some wounds are duplicate. (in-out-in again). Interview with witness refers to confrontation between Shooter (maybe) and shootee #1. There are ample videos and stills to confirm situation after 1st man shot.

SELF DEFENSE
Not according to Hank who knows all about self defense laws
Good Lord, you are an idiot.

I have stated REPEATEDLY that it looks like factual self-defense and that the defense will likely be effective UNLESS the prosecutor is successful in painting young Kyle as the initial aggressor and thereby removing the self-defense submission from the jury charge.

This interview makes that possibility even less likely.

But, yes, it is quite clear that I know FAR more about "self defense laws" than you do.

I notice that he doesn’t mention anything about the Molotov cocktail that was thrown at Ritterhouse.
The initial video certainly looked like it might be a weak-arsed attempt at a Molotov, but subsequent videos and still shots make it clear that we were incorrect on that point.

So the first witness says Bald dude was chasing the guy with a gun and "he definitely made a motion that he was trying to grab the barrel of the gun", yet they still arrest the shooter and over charge him with 1st degree murder?

Your summary matches up with how I feel about it all.

I think he went there trying to do some good - he was probably headed the police/military route and he obviously has a desire to help and to protect (protect and serve). They should’ve had, at the very least, a buddy system. He was alone and separated from the herd and like a cheetah/lion - they tried to pick him off.

If he had not been armed - he likely would’ve been beaten to the ground and depending on how the mob responded he would be dead.

my takeaway from this also.

To go along with BOTH FATALITIES had chased Rittenhouse

and one of the two assaulted him with the skateboard - (if not more assaults not yet uncovered
