Is it so hard to believe a mentally unstable person took his mom's gun and shot up a school? This isn't some "out there" type of thing. Random mass killings have been happening for a long time.

I like how liberal this board gets from like 2-3 pm onward into the night.
The people that have been at work all day are trying to finish up and go home, make that commute, pick up the kids, fix and eat dinner with their families, and get a good nights sleep since they have work tomorrow

But, it's also not terribly uncommon for Police Officers to keep their gear at home. I suppose he could have drove straight from his house. Don't really know.
What I do know for a fact is that at least two of your theories are dead.......the dude in the photo doesn't actually look like dad........and, everything you think is "strange" is actually kinda normal.
