Well I've looked into the conspiracy, and I don't remember the SWAT dad. So why don't you show us what you're talking about?

I do enjoy the fact you use logical fallacies, in this case a strawman, to make your arguments.
Well who was behind the sandy hook conspiracy? I've thought it was the government. So if it is, then how is this a strawman? And how is it a strawman if is say "usually" at least in these types of conspiracies?

It's simple: government steals money from needed work (i.e. Deferred maintenance) in order to spend that money on other things. When that infrastructure inevitably breaks down, they campaign for tax increases to "fix" it so they'll have more money to steal. For example: New Orleans stole money from the sewage and water board's flood pump and sewer maintenance to pay to take down the confederate monuments. Now that their flood system is broken, they're campaigning for tax and sewer fee increases to fix the problem.

In reality, government operates not to serve the public, but to employ friends and family and continually find ways to justify the expense. Government can be very very effective when it wants to be, but it typically benefits from being as wasteful and ineffective as possible. You can't campaign to fix something after you already repaired it.

Is this SWAT team father "fact" part of the conspiracy? And if it's not, then why are we talking about it in a conversation about a conspiracy?

Do you remember yesterday when you fell for the fake Ryan quote by the parody ANTIFA account, and then used that to call him a disgrace to his family?

I may be biased and brainwashed, but then you can't deny your own.

Why do theorists never want to PROVIDE the facts they say are so irrefutable? They just declare them and then say some variation of, "you do your own research".

look how angry you get. Such a fragile little ego.

Just curious, but do you think this tactic will work, considering it hasnt ever worked with me?

Does it work with your friends? other anonymous posters? seriously?

He still got his precious upvotes which in turn made him think he still was correct. It's pretty embarrassing.

That Dad was not claimed to be a SWAT...and if you knew your kids were in that school, and you were a SWAT member...nothing on earth would stop me from going in...
There are videos of him marching to and fro, not knowing how to wear a helmet...

OK, great, but again, what probative value does that offer to the suggestion it was all staged?

One would think that if you're arguing for something that is hard for most to believe and is not widely accepted as fact, so the evidence is not as easily found, you would want to at least provide the evidence of a place to find it.

They just declare them and then say some variation of, "you do your own research".
And it seems that this is used to justify their superiority. They've done the research, analyzed the information, and have discovers the truth. Everybody else is a neophyte.

But since cptbengal is a scientist, he knows that providing the evidence and sources, is vital to its believability and acceptance.

Dave Wheeler

They even show him putting on gear wrong, carrying two rifles around (?)
Walking ambitiously with no destination.

You saw the photo, right?

THAT is what they're running around calling a "fact".

quote:

And it seems that this is used to justify their superiority.
What it's used for is to avoid what they know are the OBVIOUS responses to their "facts".

If some dumb arse had provided that photo in this thread yelling it "proved" something, they'd have been justifiably ridiculed.

But, I'll make a prediction for ya. They'll STILL claim there's more info on it.........that of course......they won't provide.

Is it more likely in a town of only 27,000 that maybe dad is a police officer and member of SWAT or more likely that he's a crisis actor and the federal govnerment was just too sloppy/cheap and inadvertently made him play both roles that day?

Again, it's hard to even type this out with a straight face.
